You must be at least 18 years old to use Call Loom. By agreeing to these Terms, you warrant that:

  • You are legally able to enter into binding contracts.
  • Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Misuse or interfere with the Services.
  • Use the Services for fraudulent, harassing, or illegal activities.
  • Upload or transmit any harmful code or software.

5. Call Tracking and Recording

Call Loom offers call recording, AI-based quality assurance, and call streaming features.

  • You are solely responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding call recordings, especially two-party consent requirements.
  • You agree to notify your callers as required that calls may be recorded or monitored.

6. Number Assignment and Porting

Numbers provided via Call Loom remain the property of Call Loom or its telecom partners.

  • We reserve the right to reassign or deactivate any number with prior notice if it is not used in accordance with these Terms.
  • Porting requests must comply with regulatory and carrier requirements.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain features are available through paid subscriptions.

  • Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Data Privacy and Security

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

  • We implement reasonable measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
  • You are responsible for securing your user credentials and data on your end.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Call Loom, including logos, UI, illustrations, and features, is the property of Call Loom.

  • You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

  • Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of fraud, abuse, or unlawful use.
  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Call Loom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service or error-free performance.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Call Loom, its affiliates, and employees against any claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
